LEA want to be Social venture Incubator that aim to promote and nurse social innovation startups in the Rep. of Congo. Our vision is to be the engine of social, environmental, and economic impact in our communities by incubating ventures that have the potential to solve community challenges. Build a critical mass of social entrepreneurs and work in partnership with corporations and officials are our recipe to tackle challenges and create significant changes in Congo. Our mission is to incubate startup ventures in water, food, health and education run by youth; provide financial assistance for majors startups each year, grow and scale their ventures; spread the social business culture among youth and link each youth to a mentor.
